I hope this post finds you doing well. I wanted to provide a quick update to everyone that I have recently attained certifications in both telemental health and anxiety. The telemental health training provided me an opportunity to learn optimal ways to provide evidence-based care during video sessions with my clients. The anxiety treatment certification allows me to continue to keep the focus of my practice on the latest techniques and modalities in regards to anxiety treatment.
