LISA SPRAGUE, LCSW
In my many different experiences as a mental health professional, I have found that effective therapy is a true partnership between the therapist and the client. A strong therapeutic relationship creates a solid foundation for positive change and growth. I bring a warm and caring approach to each session to draw on your strengths so that we can work together to create obtainable and achievable goals.
I have over a decade of clinical and administrative experience providing one-on-one, group, and family mental health services in settings such as intensive outpatient, in-school counseling, and community-based programs. I possess a master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and have a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
My down-to-earth nature and ability to listen and empathize without judgment will create a safe space to help you navigate through stressful times, life transitions, anxiety, or everyday challenges. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach, and so I utilize different psychotherapy methods to help guide you, your loved one, or your child in developing the tools to help overcome these challenges and to be able to live the life you desire. My clinical and educational background mixed with my own personal experience will help lead you on your path to growth.
