Do you accept insurance?
No. Currently We do not bill directly through any insurance companies, however, out of network rates may be more affordable than you realize. Some insurance plans require individuals to meet their deductible before in-network providers are covered. However, most insurance companies will reimburse you under your out of network insurance benefits. Many clients find that they are reimbursed between 60% to 100% of the session fee for out of network providers. This depends on your plan, your deductible, and your coverage. Please contact your insurance company and ask about out of network benefits.
What kind of payment method do you accept?
We accept cash,check, PayPal or Venmo. Payment is expected at the time of service. We will provide you with a receipt at the end of our session that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
What can I expect in a therapy session?
Sessions generally last about 45 minutes. We spend the majority of time with the client one-on-one. We believe in order to make positive, lasting change, family members need to be part of treatment; therefore, some sessions will involve other family members when necessary.
